Great experience buying a used car with Haley Toyota. Worked with Matt Kraft through the car-buying experience - he was up-front, honest, forthcoming with information, and patient with all my questions. Including: they allowed me to take the car home for several hours to have it inspected by and independent mechanic, which was important because I was evaluating a 200k mile truck. Highly recommend. Would buy from here again

I’ve never purchased a car from a dealership before so I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect. Bryan helped me every step of the way! He was very patient and knowledgeable. I’d definitely send any of my friends who are looking for a new vehicle to him.
Lauren my salesperson and Dixie in service were both really helpful with the purchase of my new vehicle. I went in to have one fixed and Dixie took the time to go over my options with repairs; she also answered my questions that I had and we came up with a solution together. Took my truck to Haley Toyota for some repairs and I had the pleasure of working with Patti Dietrich the Assistant service manager. She made sure to keep me in the loop of all the repairs that were needed and was a pleasure to speak with. The Mechanic that did the work on my truck was very thorough. I will definitely take my truck back to Haley and also work with Patti again.
I recently took my Camry to Haley for servicing. It took a week to get the fuel issue identified and part ordered and repaired. I received notifications regarding the progress and questions regarding the problem. When I called to check the status someone was able to give me feedback. The problem has been solved. It would be nice if the actual technician could ask questions. I feel the resolution may have been quicker. I do understand this would take them away from the actual repair work.

Came from 3 and a half hours away to look and test drive a few pre-owned vehicles I was interested in.
