My Camry was in the Body Shop recently for minor repair and paint. Job was done well and finished earlier than I expected. Also, I have had the car there several years ago for major damage. Result was the same as mentioned above. That's why I always bring my car to Haley.

Came from 3 and a half hours away to look and test drive a few pre-owned vehicles I was interested in. Dealt with Thomas at first and he was fine until I went to test drive the 3rd vehicle and pretty much told me that I couldn't test drive it off the lot. After asking around, I was told that wasn't a rule and I felt lied to. Also found out that the vehicle I came specifically for was going into Service and was told it would be impossible for me to test drive it at all. When I told Thomas I didn't want to deal with him anymore after that, I got with Bryan Staggs who I had previously talked to before coming. I informed him how I felt lied to from Thomas and he apologized for it, told me I could have test drove the vehicle I originally came for just I couldn't leave the lot because it was undergoing a safety concern in service. Which made more sense and glad he informed me of this. Bryan also tried his best to work some numbers for me for another vehicle I was really interested in but unfortunately we couldn't get the numbers in the price range I was trying to stay in and I had to walk away. Regardless Bryan was super helpful from the time he contacted me over the phone, sent me more pictures/video of the truck, and the entire interaction with him physically! Talking with Bryan felt like talking with a long time friend! If you are dealing with Haley Toyota of Roanoke, I recommend getting with Bryan! Don't do business with Thomas!

I originally came in for the customer appreciation event, and from start to finish Lauren made the entire process easy, professional, and stress-free. She listened to what I wanted, worked hard to get me an incredible deal on the 4Runner I'd been wanting for quite some time. After taking the vehicle home, I noticed a slight shimmy and mentioned to Lauren that I thought the tires just needed to be balanced. Without hesitation, she arranged for the dealership to take care of it at no charge. That level of customer service speaks volumes. Lauren was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy—not just with the sale, but with the vehicle after the sale as well. If you're looking for someone who will treat you with respect and work hard to get you a great deal, I highly recommend asking for Lauren. She made buying my 4Runner a fantastic experience, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Matt Kraft was awesome! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Toyota Crown Signia from Haley Toyota. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. My sales consultant, Matt Kraft, was outstanding. Although the salesperson I had originally been working with wasn't able to make our appointment, Matt stepped in seamlessly and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was personable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Buying a car can be a long process, and he even brought me a snack while we were waiting—a small gesture that really spoke to the level of customer service he provides. One of the things I appreciate most about Haley Toyota is that everyone is friendly without being pushy.
