I bought my Toyota Highlander from Berglund in 2023, and unfortunately I did not have a good experience with their sales staff. In 2024, I met WJ, and that’s when I realized not all car salespeople are the same. I’ve seen him consistently go above and beyond for his customers and truly work hard to help them find a vehicle that fits their wants and needs. I scheduled an appointment for 2:15 PM and arrived early at 1:40 PM. I checked in and handed over my vehicle, expecting the service to begin around my appointment time.
After waiting for nearly two hours, my vehicle had still not been taken in for service. When I asked for an update, the staff could not tell me when the vehicle would be seen. I was simply told that it would be worked on whenever a technician became available, with no estimated wait time or clear communication.

Thank you to Haley Toyota of Roanoke body shop!!! We had noticing some paint chipping and when talking to Dixie in service we discovered our 2016 Toyota Sequoia had a paint warranty/recall. The body shop took photos, submitted to Toyota and got approval to sand and paint the vehicle. She looks BRANDDDDD NEW!!!!! Super thankful for their hard work and diligence!

WJ Altizer was beyond fantastic to help us get our 2025 Rav4 reprogrammed from the previous owner. We bought it used from an out of state dealer that failed to take care of at time of sale. WJ worked on it twice with kindness and professionalism even though he didn't sell us the vehicle. But you better believe the next vehicle I buy will be from WJ. He is the definition of customer service.

Zach in financing was also amazing at detailing everything we were getting and getting us to the price we were comfortable with.
