I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The team was incredibly professional and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. It was refreshing to work with staff that wasn't pushy, salesy, arrogant, or condescending (like others in the area). They respected my time and my decisions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our lead was Matt Kraft and he was very helpful.
I scheduled an appointment for 2:15 PM and arrived early at 1:40 PM. I checked in and handed over my vehicle, expecting the service to begin around my appointment time. After waiting for nearly two hours, my vehicle had still not been taken in for service. When I asked for an update, the staff could not tell me when the vehicle would be seen. I was simply told that it would be worked on whenever a technician became available, with no estimated wait time or clear communication. If customers are expected to schedule appointments, those appointments should mean something. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting for hours without any timeline or explanation is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time. I ultimately had to pick up my vehicle and leave because I could not spend my entire afternoon waiting for a simple state inspection that had not even started two hours after my scheduled appointment.
Horrible service experience. Just horrible - car in for a week and no part yet. They do T know where the part is not when it is arriving.

Worst experience with a body shop I’ve ever had. 5 months of time to still be left with paint correction I’ll have to pay for out of pocket because I refuse to let them put their hands on my truck again. First trip in was 4 months of being told they were waiting on a windshield. Finally was called to pick up and there was more damage to the paint of the truck on the passenger side that wasn’t there originally, damage on the driver side they still hadn’t corrected, bad installation of parts, overspray on all windows and seals, left out snaps to hold seals in place and to top it off hadn’t even installed the windshield but definitely had already included in the bill. Fast forward another month and it’s finally ready again after they repaired all of the issues they caused. Now the badges are falling off and still hadn’t removed the overspray from windows or seals. Badges were ordered and a week later replaced now I’m left with paint swirls covering almost the entirety of the passenger side that I had not seen when I picked it up and paint swirls around every badge they replaced. Seal on passenger door was reinstalled poorly and leaked until I fixed it myself. Now after correcting the overspray on windows myself I’m still left with overspray on bed liner, over spray on almost all door seals, and a ton of paint swirls to pay to fix out of pocket. If you have a choice take your vehicle anywhere but here.
I purchased a new vehicle from Haley Toyota on February 5th, 2024, and I had a very poor experience. My sales agent was Allesha, who was inexperienced and clearly lacked training. I had a list of basic albeit important safety features which were requirements in my car search. Allesha recommended a car and assured me that every feature I wanted was on the far. The car felt right so I purchased it and drove it home. When I got home, I noticed one of the safety features I required wasn't working. I initially thought it was turned off so I messaged Allesha to ask how I could enable it. She then told me that she "misread" the spec sheet, and my car did NOT in fact have the safety feature. Perhaps she was truly negligent and misread the spec sheet; but I do wonder if anyone else have purchased a vehicle at Haley Toyota with the promise of a feature that happened to be missing. A car is a major financial commitment and all I got was "apologies for the inconvenience." It took quite a bit of pushing to escalate the situation. I was then connected to Ricky, a sales manager at Haley Toyota. Ricky initially told me that he could not compensate me for the feature I was missing. All I wanted was after-market parts installed so my vehicle has all the safety features I wanted. Ricky told me that compensation was off the table and escalating it further would be pointless. And so, I called Toyota's corporate office. A very nice lady took my complaint seriously and the very next day, I got a call from a manager at Haley Toyota informing me that I would get monetary compensation so I could install the feature myself. I am currently waiting on the check. I am glad Toyota's corporate offices put their customers first and helped me push this situation closer to a resolution. All in all, I spent many frustrating hours dealing with Haley Toyota's lack of competence and unwillingness to make things right (hint: it's all about the bottom line). I was told there was nothing they could do until I escalated all the way to corporate. It was an uphill battle to get any help whatsoever. I wonder if I am the only one who was promised ghost features in order to unethically make a sale at Haley Toyota. I hope my experience is a one-off situation and not a repeating theme at this dealership.
I had scheduled for a leaf Spring recall for Friday. I was told that the part would not arrive by the time my appointment came up so I had to take another day off from work to reschedule for next Friday. I had explained to them that my truck had a lift kit on it, which consists of 2 extra leaf Springs. I asked that when they replace the leaf Springs if they could put spacers i have. They told me that would be fine that it would take about a half a day. I get there and told the woman at the desk that I was here and she told me to pull the truck around. After doing so I told the gentleman about the lift kit and even showed him. He asked if I signed the paperwork which I replied yes. He said "You're fine then". I got a message saying they have my truck that if I had any questions to ask. 6 hrs later I message them asking the ETA. I got no reply. So I walked in the with my step dad and asked what was going on? The guy that was handling my truck said they couldn't work on it because it had two extra leaf springs. I told him "first off I informed 3 people about the lift kit and they told me it wasn't an issue. Secondly 6 hrs to tell me you won't work on my truck?" So in the end I got lied to, lost 2 days of work, gas getting there and back, and still left with an unsafe vehicle.
I had the fortunate opportunity to work with WJ Altizer for the purchase of my pre-owned vehicle. He was kind, patient and reassuring throughout the process. WJ definitely knows his craft and his product; his professionalism was so appreciated. He answered all of my questions and really tried to accommodate my financial situation. I love the car and would highly recommend this dealership, and specifically WJ, to anyone on a quest to buy a car.
